I called Sullivan Insurance to get a quote on my home and auto insurance. I first spoke with Jessica who took intake information. She was friendly, pleasant, and professional and relayed the information to agent Kayt Holland. Kayt looked for the best fit for my insurance needs and offered me several options that would fit my current situation. We spoke in the phone and she answered my many questions quickly, provided the back up information to support the answers so I could make an informed decision. Katy’s professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness made me want to work with Sullivan Insurance. I’m very happy to have made the switch to work together with them and Kayt Holland. Definitely worth a call to see what they can do for you. Sullivan Insurance has been so helpful for myself and my family.  We have a number of policies (home and auto) and they are always friendly and helpful.  I’ve been lucky enough to deal with Kevin, Diane and Nicole.  All took time to help me navigate adjusting policies and RMV issues after my Father passed.  If you’re looking for an agency that goes beyond just selling you insurance, definitely give them a call. Diane Fraioli did a phenomenal job with my personal insurance needs! She looked over my policies with Liberty Mutual, made suggestions on coverage, and found me additional coverage while saving me money! I can highly recommend her as your new independent insurance agent!
